2024-25

Goal 1

By June 2025, Coventry Elementary School will improve English performance for students in the reporting categories of Black Students and Students with Disabilities (SWD) by a least 10% through differentiated evidence-based instruction and targeted interventions.

Goal 2

By June 2025, Coventry Elementary School will improve Math performance for students in the reporting category of Students with Disabilities (SWDs) by 6%.

Goal 3

By June 2025, Coventry Elementary School will improve performance in Science for students in the reporting categories of Black, Economically Disadvantaged, and Students with Disabilities (SWD) by a least 10% through hands-on learning and targeted interventions.

Goal 4

By June 2025, Coventry Elementary will improve teacher retention by 10%.

Goal 5

By June 2025, all teachers will receive training on differentiated instruction and culturally responsive practices.

Goal 6

By June 2025, Coventry Elementary School will increase student and family engagement, particularly among underperforming groups, with a target of 50% engagement as measured by Student Connections and Family Engagement Programming attendance data.
